Colleen Hendrickson and Cait Hudson were the brokers representing my wife and me (ask Colleen or Cait how we met; good story!) and I cannot tell you enough good things about them. My wife and I have bought/sold 4 homes since we moved in together (before we got married; living in sin!) in 1984 and Colleen and Cait was by far the best brokers we've ever had including the very good one that was referred to us by my wife's dad who was a Regional VP for another real estate brokerage firm when he was alive. They work seamlessly as a team; if one's not available, the other one is. It made this transaction (which went down very quickly because the sellers were looking for a fast close) very smooth and the easiest home purchase/sale we've ever been involved with. It took only two months and two offers to find my perfect starter home. Once I found the house I wanted (even better than the one I put the first offer on), I was outbid by another couple and my hopes were crushed. She had candid conversations with the listing agent, suggested other terms within the contract, and personal touches, to make my offer more competitive. The seller ended up picking my offer (even though it was lower!) all because of Cait: her reputation, her candor, her work ethic, and of course, her ability to negotiate an effective contract.
